
Hi! My name is Jude! I have 4 children and 4 grandchildren so I understand how difficult it can be to fit everything into your day, let alone find time for yourself and exercise.
I have been on the roller coaster of diets, emotional eating and struggling with that extra 5-10 kilos. I get it!
I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2016, when I was in my 50's, proving anything is possible. Achieving a healthy weight and fitness level is so much more than just going to the gym 3 times a week. It's about your mental, emotional and physical well being.
Two things stood out for me while doing my course.
The first one was making fitness fun. My aim is for everyone to enjoy exercising and looking forward to the next session... "Let's do that again!"
Secondly, I had a blast in a boxing session that we had. Which is why I completed a Punchfit course to include it in my classes.
